:<\/p><p class=\"p2\">A 1-1 : Chaque mise en \u0153uvre du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;isolation sismique doit \u00eatre conforme aux exigences minimales sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es ci-dessous :<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">1.<\/span> Il doit \u00eatre laiss\u00e9 une s\u00e9paration de la limite commune de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 qui ne soit pas inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle stipul\u00e9e par la norme en vigueur applicable, plus une distance \u00e9gale \u00e0 celle estim\u00e9e en fonction du d\u00e9placement lat\u00e9ral maximal de la structure avec le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;isolation mis en \u0153uvre.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">2.<\/span> Une hauteur minimale de 90 cm doit \u00eatre laiss\u00e9e entre le terrain et le d\u00e9but de la superstructure (zone appel\u00e9e structure de transition) doit \u00eatre garantie pour l&rsquo;entretien et\/ou le remplacement de tout isolateur.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">A 1-2 : En ce qui concerne les connexions de l&rsquo;isolateur aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels :<\/p><p class=\"p2\">1. une connexion correctement con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9sister aux forces de cisaillement, de couple et de traction, ou \u00e0 une combinaison de toutes ces forces, qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment structurel, doit \u00eatre garantie.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">A 1-3 : La garantie couvre le remplacement du dispositif en cas de probl\u00e8mes de corrosion, d&rsquo;usure, de rupture, de d\u00e9formation ou de d\u00e9chirure du corps de l&rsquo;isolateur ou des plaques d&rsquo;acier qui compromettent le bon fonctionnement du dispositif et qui se sont produits avant le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne sismique. Cela permet de maintenir les conditions de charge et de service du bien telles qu&rsquo;elles sont stipul\u00e9es au moment de la conception des isolateurs.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentation du s\u00e9isme de conception, l&rsquo;isolateur et le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;isolation doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer s&rsquo;ils doivent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9s.
